Not true. He has stated many times that he does not depend on any drugs. He also went 8 + months with NO drugs..I think Weezy wants to stay clean. He has also said that he feels a whole lot better sober

Why does everyone have to find excuses for his drug use. This nigga is STILL TOKING. ALL of his entourage tokes, which makes it even harder to stop ( if he actually stopped). For those saying weezy doesnt smoke no more because he said so in a interview, do you HONESTLY think that he would come up and say: Yea im still smoking even tho im on probation.

And NO, a joint would never land him behind bars, probation or not. This guy has money, thus a good attorney. If you followed lindsay lohan case or any other celebrity case, you would know that violating your probation doesnt do SHIT
