Weezy Madness 1st Round Right Above It Vs. Paradice
Re: Weezy Madness 1st Round Right Above It Vs. Paradice
Voted Paradice, it's just a way better song imo.
I loved Right Above It when it first came out, the vibe gave me some crazy feeling I can't explain. It was number one on my Top 25 Most Played playlist in my iPod like 3 days after it came out and it's still number two and I haven't played in in two or three months (that's crazy lol).
But after the hype for it wore down, I felt a lot of Weezy's lines came off corny but he still had some very dope ones in there. Paradice is a very deep song (lyrically TCIV material to be very honest) and it makes you think. Had to go with Paradice
"Armed and dangerous, rich and famous, young and restless
Guns and stretchers
Cristal and dubs for breakfast
I just got one suggestion - none should test him
'Cause cuz get hectic; send one through your sons intestines
Glocks knock lungs from chests, you get the portrait?
Bodies piled up on porches, it won't be gorgeous"
Re: Weezy Madness 1st Round Right Above It Vs. Paradice
I voted Paradice, that song just is more my forte. I was ADDICTED to "Right Above It", but the feel of Paradice is more what I like. Mellow. Compared to "Right Above It" which is more of a get up and dance type song.
in an interview Wayne stated that he didn't know what songs were on Tha Carter III,
so that has to be "made" by his management too.
and how are the songs good, but the album bad?
It's the way they're on the album, all the songs except That Ain't Me are similar and that gets boring, which in turn makes it his worst album (imo)
If the songs were released in different timespans they'd be "appreciated" more, but all of them are grouped together and sound the same.
It's like listening to an album with 6'7', A Milli, and a bunch of songs like them all on one album, the sound gets repetitive.
