Try selecting all songs in your Music folder and go to Toolbar File > export. If you have a PC the comp will ask you where, so select a folder on your hard disk or create one saying iTunes music and export the songs into that folder. Once it's done go to the folder and check if the individual song file say MP3. If so you can load the songs to your phone, ipod, etc. Hope it works.
