1/10. Only like made in america and niggas in Paris. I consider myself a jay and ye fan. I got 4th row tickets to see them in a few months. MBDTF was a 8.5/10 and BP3 was a 7/10. WTT was a major disappointment IMO.
I think c4 delivers mainstream and street stuff. C2 just had street, and C3 had street and mainstream stuff but doesn't have the same balance between the two that C4 has. What I'm trying to say is that C4 is the most complete album in my opinion.
