President Carter is the best for me blunt blown megaman are on the top too for me. All the songs where dope as hell ( expect how to hate tho, t pain is annoying)

Lyrically the album got great lyrics there and Wayne wasn't just throwing out lines for nothin. U can see he was trying his best to stay on subject there.

All I can say is it's no Carter 2 but it's def better than the cater 3 and 1 IMO
