He always tried to make them sound ill...but yes back then he did go with anything. During the peak of his drug usage his punchlines were worse than now.

Wayne was ill....now he is just cool....His lines were more diverse, his flow was amazing...now he tries to hard to sound like he is saying something wise or smart and ends up sounding like he is trying to hard.....I dont know...he will never be what he was....but i guess people change...thats why i like hip hop...because now wayne isnt as good....there is a Drake, J Cole and Kendrick lamar
