Does any1 else think that they are just pullin some WTT sht to keep C4 under wraps. I mean don't ya'll remember, DJs leaked C3. So imo they are paying somebody to keep everything to themselves.

no...they gave the album to every dj in the us. and just hope that none of them leaks it...

Naw bruh, i think it was DJ Smallz who said that after Wayne said fuck the mixtape djs then some of the djs got together and bootlegged the album.
I was looking for the interview but couldn't find it, i think its on a wayne documentary, can't think of which one doe.
