If the CD is going to hit stores Tuesday the album will have been pretty widely distributed by the end of the week. If it doesnt leak by Thursday some other way, its likely some Wal-Mart, local CD store, or Target employee could snatch it Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday. Then leak it online if that was their objective.

Oh and here's my random picture, I dont care if you believe in the loch ness blunster or not... but I do.

Yeah, thats was a typo. I'm just pointing out from a logistics standpoint if the CD is in only 100 stores in 50 states on Monday there's a high probability those shipments come in Saturday before noon. If you want to see how and when most leaks happen check this out.
