              1. Intro. Straight boasting for nearly three minutes over a dubstep-ish Willy Wil beat. Wayne's way into hashtag rap here. ... "Life's a crazy bitch/Grace Jones" ; "See no evil, hear no evil/Helen Keller" ; "Now watch me go retarded/ yellow short bus.

              2. Blunt Blowin. Synth-heavy beat from DVLP. Wayne's on his Martian flow but not very hard yet. "Y'all dead meat and me I'm just a butcher."

              3. Megaman. Quite derivative of the album's next track, 6 Foot 7 Foot. Wayne sounding audibly impressed with his own punchlines here ... .. but he's certainly been sharper than "Yeah, you know that money talks/I am the ventriloquist" or "I'm good, I'm 100, like a fastball."

              4. 6 Foot 7 Seven Foot -

              5. Nightmares of The Bottom -

              6. She Will -

              7. How to Hate (feat T-Pain). Biggest surprise so far: T-Pain is NOT using Auto-Tune! ... Totally kidding, he is. It's out of control here. Wayne on a cheating girlfriend: "All I had to do was put two and two together ... that just makes four, but not forever." Your move, math. Seriously this song makes me thank god the rumoured T-Pain/Lil Wayne disc never happened. If it had it would be U.S. Army torture music now.

              8. Interlude. Wayne briefly turns the proceedings over to rugged MC TechN9ne, but who cares about that? Uncredited verse from Andre 3000!

              9. John -

              10. Abortion. No, Wayne doesn't take a stand on the issue here, just employs some rather unfortunate wordplay involving "belly of the beast" Also unfortunate: the rock-ish track and screechy vocals bring to mind Wayne's nadir, the abominable Rebirth album of a couple years back.

              11. So Special (feat. John Legend). A typically suave Legend hook clashes awfully here with Wayne's considerably less elegant come-ons. But don't let me be the judge, ladies: Does "She crazy about that d--k/Lorena Bobbit" get you all excited? (Lord, I hope not ...)

              12. How to Love -

              13. President Carter. I'd like to retract an earlier tweet. This song's sampling of Jimmy Carter's swearing-in is Wayne's loopiest moment. It is also, unfortunately, one of the most boring hooks in recent rap history. Say "President Carter" in monotone 12 times. That's it.

              14. It's Good (feat. Jadakiss and Drake). Unsurprising here is Jada's menace, but Drake sounding so tough is a bit more unexpected.

              15. Outro (feat. Bun B, Nas, Shyne and Busta Rhymes). A technical glitch prevents from hearing this closing track. Hell of a lineup, though

I'll give it several more spins, of course, but upon first listen, I cannot say I'm blown away by Tha Carter IV. Thanks for reading. - BasemBoshra

You never know; maybe they have a song on the deluxe edition. By the way, Tha Bizness is not just one person; it is a duo.

                @above: That is fake.

Pretty sure it's legit, think he was another Universal rep that was album to stream the album.

Album sounds like it's gonna be terrible from that review tbh. He's still abusing the Supa Dupa flow, smfh. But that chick that heard it made it seem dope, so let's see.

If that guy had to write a Review about 'Illmatic' or 'Blackstar' he would make them see terrible aswell. Dont let anyone be the judge of the Music you like bro
