To Be Completely Honest........Tha Carter IV is enjoyably good...not great...not spectacular, no even Wayne's best but its good.....I listened to the album completely twice and the new tracks four times...and with that said...I would rate this album a 7/10......Is it better than Watch The Throne? Nope...Is it better than Section 80? Hell no....but its more exciting than both.......President Carter and Blunt Blowing are the only two flawless tracks to me......I like the approach he took on both of those records....Megaman bangs to the third power....Mirror is deep as shit...and Nas, Tech and Dre...do their thing on the outro.......Its Good...is a great track also...I acutally thought Wayne had the best verse on this......The highlights...Wayne can still rap.....The Cons.....some songs sound too incomplete...and Wayne really gotta stop recycling shit....and he needs to focus on his flow....Wayne needed to be in the studio with some of the features..it would've make it more organic.......How to Hate is ass.......that song is a total waste of time...I like Carter IV......I prefer Carter III and Carter II is my favorite Wayne album...
