Well you would say that, just because Tech released like 23 tracks doesn't mean it's normal for all artists..Watch The Throne, Bad Meets Evil etc had no where near that.

If I'm not mistaken we are getting 2 new songs like Target said...Nobody officially ever said we are getting 3 new songs. That's just people thinking that Up, Up and Away was an Itunes only exclusive. So Target didn't lie, nobody did for that matter.
