So ok it isn't a real "leftover" because he didn't record it for Tha Carter IV, but the folder is about all "Tha Carter IV Shit" so why not.

So Popular was never for C4? and in the LHQ interview with SR he said there was a rockish song with rapping on C4 that he didn't produce he had just heard that song, I Am Not A Human Being? (the song) and Im Not Human was for Rebirth, anyways this is what I have in my C4 Folder:

Half of those where never meant for C4....

Personally I have this song with "FAME" for the album, but I agree with the two denominations, it's just a question about how you organize your Itunes library

When he said it was originally it was for C3, the "Codeine in the Sprite can" line made way more sense. I havent heard him say anything about syrup in his post jail shit.
