mine lagged alot the first few seconds then got better..and its only about a 10 second delay from whats on tv

alright this is what tests are for I'm gonna leave it up for a few more minutes like I said I would and then take it down and see if I can make it less laggy. how's the audio tho? I think laggy audio would be way more frustrating than laggy video haha but let me know if I'm wrong and I can take down the audio quality and bump up the video quality.
