After hearing it for the first time weeks back when we had that snippet I thought it sounded familiar... And now I found this old song in my iTunes and that tune is exactly the same, and thats from way back in 07?

Hmm...interesting. It's not a sample that Swizz used, it's almost the whole beat. The piano on that first song sounds just the same as on 'Anne'.
