We will never know, and I know as well as anyone that he is not supposed to be smoking. However, he brought back the lighter and the inhale at the beginning of the songs on this tape, and that hadn't been around since No Ceilings, and on top of that, he does rap a bunch about weed and lean on these new tracks, which had been absent in his features/songs since getting out of jail. Interesting to say the least.
