its obviously gotta be C4, and its not me being an Anne or anything but outside of this little internet/blog/forum world not many average music fans who will be purchasing an album even know what WTT is. If see ooo Lil Wayne has a new album coming out that shit is gunna fly off the shelves regardless. Thats the thing people may hate Wayne and priase Ye and Hov on the internet but in reality Lil Wayne is probably the most well known and popular rapper out there.
