It's basically "Heroine for kids"...if you like downers you'll like syrup (if you're addicted any other downers you'll have a high tolerance level and you'll feel nothing cause codeine becomes useless around 400/500mg), to me it's better than morphine & tradamol but not as good as heroine & oxycodon

And you shouldn't take any downers (including syrup) they are very addictive and you'll need them more then you need food (you wont die but you'll get an amount of stress that you cant even imagine [i'm serious not having any downers while you're addicted to it is like living a nightmare]) and it's getting really expensive with time...
