How can you compare to rapper that have really different flow? Eminem has a great fast flow, one of the fastest. And Wayne altern suppa duppa flow, and "swag" flow that feet the beat like "Rollin", and sometimes he go fast like "Run This Town" or "Fuck Food". Wayne is versatile as fuck with is flow, you can get surprised, or disapointed with it. Altough you know Em will obviously kill the beat with a fast flow. So you can't compare their flow.
Now Lyrics... Lil Wayne had been lyrical in the Carter III sessions, and some others song, but most of the time he's a "pop champagne" rapper, he talk about shit just cause it's cool, altough Eminem raps about his life, and subject all the time. So lyrically Eminem is better, but in the past, Wayne showed us some awesome lines, awesome punchlines that are on Em's level.
Eminem is a traditional great rapper, like Nas, Tupac and Biggie were, cause he's dope, and he got skill, flow and stories. Lil Wayne is a new generation rapper, a pop champagne rapper mostly, and then have fuckin' great deep songs, cause now there is a lot of music for the clubs, for it they do "Lollipop" but for traditional real hiphop they do "Something you forgot". I don't know if someone understand me. But you can't compare Em and Wayne. I'm out.

Summary: Wayne's flow is more versatile. Has nothing to do with being a "pop chamapgne" rapper. Wayne and Hov are very similar...u can imagine them on just about any beat and on any subject.

Kendrick Lamar has the best flow IMHO......just for that Wayne Em argument....Wayne beats Em in most sought after, most iconic, most features, performance, business, cultural impact....Wayne has probably had the second biggest impact on rap...and one of the biggest in music period...
