1) WAYNE- best flow; sick punchlines/ word play; sucessful rapper 2) LOS- lyrically insane; flow like waynes; (only reason hes not number one is cuz he hasnt done what wayne has) if waynes is really retiring in a few years then he needs to sign LOS as the new main act cuz drizzy aint doin shit right now and hes number 3 on my list.
