What do these numbers mean?

Nothing really, it's just numbers that BMI decides to give a song based on how new it is. If you look at all the numbers beginning with 12, most of them were released in 2010 and 2011

Basically Universal sent out a mass email to industry heads such as "Eastsideboi", but its sort of encrypted to still keep a certain level of secrecy but Eastsideboi having some experience in decoding and espionage has been able to find a consistency between item numbers related to a couple of new Carter 4 songs.
