  • "Beautiful black woman, I bet that bitch look better red"

I love Lil Wayne just as much as the next person but I'm wondering what other brown/dark skinned girls think about his lyrics when he says stuff like: "beautiful black woman, I bet that bitch look better red." I understand weezy has a preference, Im not knockin him for that, but why does it ALWAYS have to be about the color of a female, why not make a song and just say fine females, why add the color every single time??

Like I said, I'm a huge Wayne fan and im not knockin him for liking light skinned women, everybody has their own tastes. Its just that we dont always want to hear him state how fine only redbones are like there's not no bad ass dark/brown chicks out here, give us a shoutout sometimes too! When your that famous, I think you shouldn't always be so quick to state your preferences cuz light skin girls aren't the only one's buying your records.

And the line "beautiful black woman, I bet that bitch look better red" was just plain disrespectful, basically sayin any pretty dark skinned girl would look way better if she was light skinned. I love Weezy but I dont like how he basically shits on his darker skinned fans.

Yeah I don't agree with alot of shit he's saying.. some of the things he's saying are fucking stupid.

Look what happened when a dark-skinned model met Lil Wayne

Destiny (dark skinned model) met Lil' Wayne, and this is what happened.
            Destiny wrote:
We met up with Mack Maine from Young Money, he then took us to a hotel a couple of other girls were there and so was Lil Wayne, Guda Guda, Lil Chuckee, and Birdman. When we entered the room Guda was like “Damn, y’all pretty, to be dark skin.” And then Wayne quoted a verse from his song ["Right Above"]. I heard the song before and I was offended when I heard the lyrics, but I brushed my feelings off and forgot about what the gremlin said. But him saying it over again made me angry as hell. So me being the outspoken person that I am, I said,“Wayne, your daughter is dark skin so why would you say such ignorance?” He said ‘My daughter is a dark skinned millionaire, that’s the difference between her and you.”

I can tell he was very upset because i brought his daughter up but that is no excuse for what he said. Next he stated,“MY daughter is the first and last dark skin child I’m having. The rest of my baby moms [are] light skinned chicks. I even got an Asian baby moms to make sure I have a daughter with good hair. Too bad we had a son.”

Everybody started laughing and [we] stormed out of the room. Some guys followed us saying “Not everybody hate dark skinned girls. Young Money just allergic to Chocolate.”

He's pretty dumb if you ask me.. "My daughter is a dark skinned millionaire, that's the difference between her and you"
He should be thankful that he haves the chance to sleep with ANY beautiful women,if it wasn't for his money this guy would've had alot of problems when it comes to women.

People were saying that story wasn't true but judging by his lyrics, I can actually see how that could be real. And the fact that he has a DARK SKINNED DAUGHTER makes this whole situation even worse smh

Re: "Beautiful black woman, I bet that bitch look better red"

To Wayne, a sexy black woman (“Blue”-tiful) would look even better if she were a “redbone” (slang for the light-skinned, mixed-race, ruddy black women Weezy prefers)

Of course, Weezy likes redbones extra-much because they are the color of his gang — the Bloods
                    Right above it explained

Correct Me If I Sound Stupid, But, He Said 'Beautiful Black Women'. So It's Not Like He Was Saying They're Ugly, Or That He Doesn't Like Them.

he don't say black in everysong. so i don't think that he is always bout color.
