I like the C3 era most. All that trippin-hazy stuff during his drug peak like "Feel Like I'm Dyin", "Eat You Alive", "Pussy Money Weed", "Prostitute" is truly unique in style...so atmospheric

These over-the-top I-am-the-greatest tracks from that time are also straight killin... "I'm Me", "Gossip", "3peat", "30 Minutes to New Orleans", "Never Get It" Pre-C3-"Lalala"...pure greatness...

Even though that was not his strongest time lyrics-wise, his style was really killin it. Imo C3 could have been a true classic if they kept to that style. Probably they cut much of that type of stuff of the album to make it more appealing to the masses...

Still waintin for tracks like "Dinnertime" or "Starin at the world" to leak on some mixtape...

I like em both. Honestly, I prefer Wayne from 04-09. LFLS would have been classic if not for Birdman. C3 would have been classic if not for all of the leaks. I still think he's great, he just needs to do a few more meaningful songs like he used to. But I can understand how that'd be hard for someone like him whose been on top and so widely accepted for so long at such a young age.

And why the hell does everyone say that '09 Wayne was whack? Is it because of all of the rock songs in that time? Because he was still great. Small Thing to a Giant, Go Getter, Told Ya'll(if only they didn't leak and made C4), Kobe Bryant, We Be Steady Mobbin, No Ceilings, etc. Idk what you all were listening to that year.

I truly don't see the hype w/ No Quitter. I like it but no way would I put it in his best category
Small Thing To A Giant, Execution Style, No Ceilings, Steady Mobbin', Trouble Maker, Turn My Swag On (Remix), Ready For The World and some others were heatrock

It's stuff like Another Planet, Forever, Money To Blow, Every Girl In The World, Always Strapped (Part 2), I Can Transform Ya, most rock stuff, and a lot of other songs that make me dislike his music of that year

IMO tho. I wouldn't get mad at someone if they said they liked his music that year

I didnt like Beep Beep though. Meh. I feel 09 was a good year. Was Yes and Red Rum from that year?

Those '08 verses were from like Nov. '08 so I see where you'd get them mistaken. That was just me being technical lol

I didn't really like his Pricele$$ features save for 4 My Town
WAYM was real good
And I loved Rebirth, it's underrated imo
