They've praised him before(Not sure about Rakim), but don't think they ever called him the "Best Rapper Alive"

Eminem can lyrically destroy wayne when it comes to real life, but wayne can destroy eminem when it comes to metaphors. I love wayne better than eminem because I think wayne's overall flow is awesome and his lyrics make you think, eminem is just a fast rapper that can jumble words but dont get me wrong eminem is badass, but im on a wayne fansite not an eminem fansite for a reason.
