Juelz has some weak lines but so do all rappers from time to time, like Dead pointed out even Wayne does. Juelz is still lyrically great, he's not at Wayne's level though. In my opinion the only person to really rival Wayne lyrically is Jay-Z. Drake still needs to learn and Juelz should try to learn a bit more as well.

Put them together on a track and it's gold though but Wayne nearly always comes harder than Juelz on a track.

Check how Em has gone, he has gone down hill a bit since he first blew up in the rap game, that's why I don't rate him as highly now. He may have gone harder than Wayne in some peoples opinions but he did have a quick flow and Wayne doesn't really do that in songs. If they had a similar flow I'd judge it more. But comparing the likes of Relapse to C3 and Blueprint 3 I'd say that only Jay-Z rivals Wayne. Maybe should have explained that more in the first place lol
