1.) Actually tbh Yes. His Flow and delivery hasnt but if u pay attentionl his lyrics are getting more clever and the stuff he says now is alot smarter then before. And with the recent music that we been getting his flow and delivery is coming back so there u have it

His punch lines are getting more corny than creative tbh.(Eminem does the say thing, but he's a bit more creative, but still his flow and overall delivery >>>>>>) Wayne's flow has deteriorated beyond dirt, although She Will did sound in sync .
