Lil' Wayne - No Longer the "Best Rapper Alive" ?

Weezy used to proclaim himself as the "best rapper alive." Does anyone know when he stopped calling himself this? Props to anyone who can name the last recorded song in which he said it.

Secondly, do you think Weezy not proclaiming himself as the best anymore has caused fans to think he has dropped off in some way?

Third, will Lil Wayne ever make that proclamation again? (Personally, I think it'd do wonders for him).
