I don't believe he's the best currently, mainstream wise I'd say he's still top 5-10 though. Either way, even if he doesn't always bring his A-Game, a Wayne feature is good for both sales and visibility for artists since he's huge.

Either way, I still think Wayne has the potential to become the best mainstream rapper once again, he still shows glimpses of brilliance now and then. 3/4 of She Will and his Motivation feature spring to mind for me.
