Good Album, wayne has lost a lot of his luster these past couple of years but he's still got some musical talent and i dont think this album was a failure

Interlude-9/10 Finally, best track on the album by miles. Andre's verse is cray and Tech rips this beat.
John-6/10 Didn't mind this track.
Abortion 6/10 Ehh
So Special-4/10 Lol, wasn't feeling it
How To Love-2/10 , Utter trash.
President Carter-7.5/10 Overrated but nice bars at the end
It's Good-5/10 Drake killed this shit, Wayne and Jada were ehhh.
Outro-8.5 Damn, Bun, Nas and Busta went HAM. Nas was beast on this. Bun set the bar damn high, Busta killed it as usual.

Total score=77.5/150

Album=5.2/10.

Intro- 5/10 i dont feel this at all, too much supa dupa shit.
Blunt Blowin- 8.5/10 i actually really like blunt blowin more than i did when i first heard it :thumbsup:
Megaman- 7.3 the beat is pretty sick, and i loved it at first but waynes lyrics can be ehhh
6f7f- 8.5 still really like this song, idk what it is
NOTB- 8.5 idk waynes voice sounds kind of weird, but i like the lyrics, even though they are hyped to mean something and dont
she will- 9.0 give drake a full verse and this could be the best song on the album
how to hate- 6.5 take out the "oooh ooh ahhhh" parts and put someone else on the hook and itd be way better
interlude- 9.0 this would be an easy 10 is wayne had a sick verse for it
john- 7.0 still hasnt grown on me... cant stand ross really, woulda loved to heard someone else
abortion- 9.0 didnt like at first, but now one of my favorites. idk why
so special- 7.5 waynes verse actually suck but i must say the cliche "john legend" is a (insert beast or sick)
how to love- 8.0 actually hated at first, but it grew on me and i think its pretty damn good
president carter- 8.0 sick beat, and the speech at the end doesnt make up for the somewhat meaningless previous lyrics
its good- 8.0 if this is the real 4th single, id be disappointed due to lack of a hook, or meaning. but i still think it bangs
outro- 9.0 if he was going for the kings of hip hop he should kicked shyne in his head and got em or kanye or at least had an up and comer in nicki minaj do the verse
i like the view- 8.0 unlike everyone else i really like this song. the hook is pretty good imo and thats always big for me
mirror- 8.0 hate bruno mars, but this one grew on me. an obvious 4th single, itd do really well
two shots- still dont feel, i like the hook though. ill give it time
up up & away- 9.0 best wayne driven song on the album, sick flow, and the lyrics are on point
novacane- 9.0 love this shit. wayne kills it
IGSMOM- havent listened to it really, just now found it and listened once and it seemed decent

overall i thought it was a good, but not great album. im really not let down because i expected a fall off. i think this is probaly waynes "relapse" and i know a pissed eminem fanboy will give me shit for saying that, but even eminem says relapse was "eh"

Intro - poor opening, not dramatic enough, not memorable, boring IMO (4/10)
Blunt Blowin - badass track, ultra dramatic and epic beat, Wayne didn't really body the beat though, most hype on album though, some solid lyrics (8.5/10)
MegaMan - unique, cool beat, Wayne sounded lazy, could have definitely destroyed this beat to potentially be the best rap on the album, lyrics boring (6/10)
6F7F - still a badass beat, bass is ridiculous, enjoyed some clever lines, the flow and energy was awesome, take it for what it is: stream of conscious flow (8/10)
Nightmares of the Bottom - cool beat, loved the piano, Wayne definitely needed energy on this, live performance was better, tried too hard with the lyrics (7/10)
She Will - cool beat, awkward hook, too many wack lyrics, needed some memorable lines that were lacking, potentially could've used a Drake verse (7/10)
How To Hate - awkward, T-Pain is outdated, wack lyrics from Wayne, too much T-Pain, could've been better with shorter hook + extra Wayne verse (3/10)
John - love the flow, Ross + Wayne = badass energy, some wack lines, needed wow lyrics from Wayne, badass beat, hood anthem (6/10)
Abortion - cool flow, good energy, some solid lyrics throughout, cool lines, loving the hook/chorus, sick beat, possibly best lyrics on album (8/10)
So Special - John Legend kills this song, Legend with the flow and beat of this carry the song, wack lines from Wayne, same old love song lyrics (6.5/10)
How To Love - the lyrics are solid, makes for a good song, I still don't see this fitting in on C4 at all, this doesn't fit in with rap or Wayne IMO (2/10)
President Carter - cool beat, hook gets old/annoying, lyrics are some of the better on the album, on point for most of the song, cool speech (8.5/10)
It's Good - dramatic intro, cool beat, Jada was disappointing, Drake was ultimate hype for Wayne, Wayne's verse seemed corny, wack lines, good energy (6.5/10)
I Like the View - nice beat to cruise to, cool hook, unique flow, lyrics aren't memorable (6/10)
Mirror - don't like the beat, I personally don't like Bruno, lyrics are strong and on point, even though I don't like it it's a good song (7.5/10)
Two Shots - unique, love the beat, awesome flow, lyrics aren't extremely strong but cool and memorable, lyrics fit the song perfect (8.5/10)
Up, Up and Away - cool, unique beat, flow is interesting but cool, lyrics vary from wack to memorable but never really strong, good energy (7.5/10)
Novacane - slightly corny, I don't like Rudolf, lyrics are on point and cool, some cool metaphors, reminiscent of 'I Feel Like Dying' but poor version (6/10)
I Got Some Money on Me - great energy, flow is dumb, beat is average but not memorable, corny lyrics (5/10)

Overall - sounds lazy, way too many wack lines, recycled lines over and over and over, seems to follow a formula instead of breaking ground with his lyrics (for instance, So Special lyric structure sounds similar to Motivation or Love Affair lyric structure), some beats were cool but overall don't really match C3, a lot of the album was boring or became old very quick, little replay value, not very unique or creative, doesn't compare to C3's innovativeness, bonus tracks should've replaced some regular tracks, features left some desire, album wasn't dramatic enough, seemed as if he just rapped stream of conscious over every beat, not much subject or matter, seemed to be humble or without desire to kill other rappers
