its ok after a couple of listens.

at first i was like ughhh wtf? but after another listen i thought meh not too bad actually, guess i was use to live version too much lol.

Hope you're right. I don't understand why they have to put so many weird effects on his voice though, makes it sound worse more often than not.

Beats aree terrible. wayne get new producers. other then that. u can tell its straight outta jail wayne cuz his flow isnt developed like on S4TW.
Overal: 7/10

Im looking foward to C5 and future mixtapes where he uses his developed flow and lyrics. im jus a lil disappointed. i like it, love a few sngs. but tbh S4TW >>> C4. This aint the wayne i know, how u gunna go hard when the beats are slow and sloppy. Please go back to Meastro, Tha Bizzness, Scott Storch, Etc Etc

Okay people everyone has an opinion so all you kids need to stop hating on others because of their views on the album, on that note here is my official opinion after a good 3 - 5 listens on every song:

Intro - 7/10
Blunt Blowin - 10/10 This is def a banger and tune murdered it
Mega Man - 10/10 Wayne goes in and kills this beat
6f7f - 7/10
NOTB - 8/10 Lyrics are good and very chill
She Will - 8/10 Would have been better with a drizzy verse
How to hate - 0/10 Sorry but this should not of made the album at all...not more than one listen in my life lol
Interlude - 7/10 Tech kills it but would have been better if wayne was on it
John - 8/10 Been jammin this
Abortion - 9/10 "Double R Imma rebel with a reason, sometimes you gotta fight the devil with a demon" good lyrics
So Special - 8/10 Love the hook and beat
How to love - 6/10 Not my shit..
Pres. Carter - 8/10 Good meaning to the song
Its good - 9/10 All killed it and drake goin in makes it better with that rough hard flow
Outro - 8/10 Goes hard just wish wayne had a verse..
I like the view - 7/10 Beat is bangin just wish he had a diff flow on it
Mirror - 9/10 Really feelin this for some reason and hook is great
Two shots - 7/10 Good song just some old lines heard before


Overall I give the album a 8.5/10 and I hate comparing carters but since all you kids seem to do it mine goes like this:
C2 > C3 > C4 > C1 so hate all you want but C2 and C3 were classics and always will be but we will see how C4 does.
