I give it an 8.5/10.

Honestly the only songs I'll really skip are 6'7" and maybe HTL(only because it's too embarrassing to bump in the car). I like the other songs. I didn't expect to like HTH, but it's good. I prefer the live NOTB, and ILTV is kinda weird at first, but I still like them both. Sucks that he isn't on the Interlude and Outro, but I guess he did all he wanted to on the intro.

Intro, Blunt Blowin, Megaman, Abortion(I swear I've heard that hook before), So Special, President Carter, Mirror, Two Shots>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I think people are being too hard on C3, though. It was a solid 8, for sure. C2 a 9.5, and C1 a 8.5 for me.

Damn, up there with c1 nem?! ok ok...yall sayin its betta dan carter 3 atleast. Well, that was my favorite one so this should be amazin for me. I don't like listenin to how to love on da comp cuz aint no bass, but in da car, it be like boom boom boom boom bitch go hard lol

Beats aree terrible. wayne get new producers. other then that. u can tell its straight outta jail wayne cuz his flow isnt developed like on S4TW.
Overal: 7/10

Im looking foward to C5 and future mixtapes where he uses his developed flow and lyrics. im jus a lil disappointed. i like it, love a few sngs. but tbh S4TW >>> C4. This aint the wayne i know, how u gunna go hard when the beats are slow and sloppy. Please go back to Meastro, Tha Bizzness, Scott Storch, Etc Etc

Im really disapointed @ nightmares of the bottom, cuz his voice there is wack as hell.. They shud set the live version @ the C4 cuz that was just fucking dope!

Tha reason why tha Interlude and Outro are so low ratedd iss because despite tha majorr appearences like Andre,Tech and Nas ,they had no Wayne.and these ratings are by my opinion and i dont listen to any of those artists even tho their HUGE by others standards.This is a Lil Wayne album,i wanted Lil Wayne.They jus dont appeal to me.Carter 4 is a great album tho,showin Waynes growth and maturity since C3.
