yea I love the txt actually. And I dunno if it's real. But "Lil Wayne's Rebirth" with the 's makes sense. Or it could be a dumbass just making a cover...but if its real its making a statement.

That picture was known as the album art, so it will be used as an inlay or something

I don't think the cover is out yet or the pic that will be used for it

that's what i think too...its kind of like the songs that people say will be on the album but he always has completely different ones never heard when he releases his albums
