Of course he had help....

Mirror- Had the hook and the beat before Wayne even knew the record existed he just added his verse
John - Rick Ross wrote most of the verse and has two verse...Wayne just added his 2 verse and sung over some of the chorus
How to Hate - We already knew T Pain wrote this record...Wayne just added his adlibs and two verses
Interlude/Outro - He didn't contribute to these songs at tall, so of course there will be other writers on it.
She Will - Drake already had the hook and Rick Ross' verse for his album....he gave it to Wayne....so all Wayne had to do was add his verses


You know whats funny, only a handful of artist completely make their own music...

Yeah, of course with features and the songs you've mentioned there'd be some outside influence... but it seems surprising there's so much credit given on fresh tracks that just have Wayne. This is more about the less obvious inputs like those from Mack Maine, things like that.

BUT...

I got curious and went off to check Eminem's last couple. Both Recovery and Relapse have the writer's listed in the same manner... and they're both full to the brim with at least 2-3 people contributing to every track on Recovery. And...

I just looked at Watch the Thrones writers credits and there is a bunch of other people there besides Ye and Hov and im pretty sure Hov doesnt need any help writing lol..I highly doubt Wayne needs help writin rhymes..his ego is too big for that

So it seems it's a fairly common practice. I'm guessing it's just a combination of things you mentioned, things tha_chronic mentioned and things JR5 mentioned. The only thing I'm learning for sure is that it's a pretty crazy process.
