those were some of the corniest lyrics ever. Wisdom my ass. Lil Wayne used 2 b hot as hell becuz of all of his lyrics that ended with “like” and correlated with the sentence that came before the word. Now, the shit is just redundant and u kno it’s Lil Wayne. I’m ready 4 him 2 start thinkn n rhymin outside his comfort zone, challenge hisself. then i will b impressed again.

i was thinking about this.
it seems to me like all of this bullshit.
philosophy life is rap. is coming as a response.
to this wayne needs to mature. and show some lyrical growth.
so he ends up making these misguided attempts at wisdom.
when its clearly some shit that he doesnt care about.
or have fun rapping about. i keep listening to his verse on.
smoke sumn. and its the first verse in a while where he sounds.
completely like himself. and having fun with his verse. and the one part.
where he starts to get serious. with the whole turban line.
he stops it. and returns to something playful. and flips it into a line.
about skateboarding. thats the wayne that doesnt give a fuck.
