No they absolutely were not. Not every song has to be a throw away or leftover. Green and Yellow was a super bowl song, the kobe song was an nba playoff song, and no quiter go getter was an olympics song. chumps.

They were confirmed to be for C4. Wayne started to record C4 in October 2008. Hundreds of songs were recorded for C4.

You need to provide a link to something to specifically says "No Quitter, Go Getter was recorded for and intended to be on Tha Carter IV," or what you're saying is bullshit.
