we all know inahb was songs for the carter iv so in a way didnt we get tha carter v if inahb was c4 songs
in a way wouldnt it mean civ was reall cv not trolling at all im serious

No it doesn't mean that. We got IANAHB (which had some CIV throwaways) and CIV.
