the lawton dude is a moron.
while jay has had a great career.
        and thats without question.
a lot of that is from his business acumen.
and not his music. jayz had a mostly inconsistent career.
as far as quality goes. its almost always a good album.
then a not so good album. and while he does.
have classics. hes never had that genius streak of productivity.
like wayne has. and this is just starting with wayne at 2004.
when he dropped something like eight albums/tapes in a row.
that were all either great or classic. but his pre 2004 career was pretty good too.

and all off that shit about perspective is nonsense.
if one listens to enough wayne. theres a definite perspective there.
and id even argue that its more profound or at least in its own way.
since waynes body of work is farrrr more emotional than jays work.
just because some one isnt able to see those ideas explicitly.
doesnt mean they arent there. this dude is making comparisons.
without giving waynes work nearly the amount of time.
that hes given jays. hes hardly one to comment on this shit.

But that’s ok because his core fan base does not have the kind of “lofty lyrical expectations”

        this is bullshit. smh.

        its a curious case.
when wayne is the most popular rapper in the world.
but somehow still manages to be one of the most slept on.
