But I had an idea like this about a year and a half ago. Not just Tha Carter II beats though. My idea was like one beat off every album from True Story - Rebirth (IANAHB & Tha Carter IV didn't exist at the time I had this idea)

It would be dope if he did remake all the C2 beats. but tbh it wouldnt be anywhere near what C2 was, and it would just show clearly that Wayne fell off and cant fuck with his old shit. But if I wanted him to do 1 remix, I wanna see what he could do the the Fly In/Out beat, I wanna see if he could do something like that again

I didn't "just" realize this. I've noticed it ever since C2.
And I do like his new style a lot, change is good in life, and he's changed his music as hip hop has changed. If he was doing the same style as C2, he probs would never have sold a mill in the first week.
But there's no reason why he cant go back to his C2 style for 1 mixtape. I mean he has so many different styles, it wouldn't hurt to do some old skool shit for a mixtape or two..

Plus there's a problem with having to buy old albums. They get boring after a while, because once you're done listening to old his [Lil Wayne's] old shit, you have no choice but to repeat it again. It just becomes repetitive and starts becoming more of a disappointment than his repetitive punchline rapping lol.
