Wayne saw a red bandana walking down the street one day, right? So he picked up. He then saw a business card, and the name on the card said Sue Woo (it was an apparent chinese nail salon at the time) He then started tellin' everybody about this mystery woman "Sue Woo" and how she was awesome at painting.
