I wouldn't say IANAHB is better than C4, cause non of em is good.
Both has 1-4 songs which is hella dope, but most is just Zzz...

both on their own merit are just ok albums, combine the best of both into one album and you might have something truly great, why this wasnt done i cant possibly imagine
