Entered into the Guinness book of World records…
The most talked about, the most discussed, the most intriguing figure in rap from since 2006…..
I could go on…I am not saying Wayne is the G.O.A.T (that would be Nas), Im not saying he has sold the most overall records and had the most number 1’s on billboard top 100 (that would be Eminem), I am not saying he has had 11 number one albums in a row or even had the longest streak of success in rap history (that would be Jay Z), I am not even saying that he has had the best quality albums from that time I mentioned (that would be Kanye)…..But what Wayne did from late 2006 to 2011…no one has even come close in terms of popularity, being talked about, being nominated, being featured, being requested, and keeping hip hop alive during a period where Nas, Eminem, Jay Z, Andre 3k, and all of those Great rappers were on hiatus….this man has yet to stop working….he has yet to stop making hip hop look like it can compete with the rest of music….he has single handedly kept this game alive so when those that are better in rapper came along..it wouldn’t be in a terrible state…Wayne from 2006 -2011 has been the forefront in hip hop….and that is a fact…you may not like him you may not respect him…but what he did for rap during those years have never been done by any rap artist….especially….since currently he is running number one…..
