Actually in an interview Birdman said Wayne's got more money then Jay Z & is a better rapper, Then in another interview Hov said being the best rapper is just a matter of peoples opinion, but money wise he has proof, and couple months on Jay Z got bored in the studio & re-watched the interview and made a song about it.
