No, they don't necessarily exist. I know that the major feature produced by Develop exists, but Wayne's World and the Jim Jonsin track probably do not exist. As far as I am aware, a lot of the lyrics from Red Bandana on T-Street's mixtape are lyrics that were supposedly on Wayne's World, and this makes me think that Wayne's World wasn't ever recorded in the first place. As for the Jim Jonsin track, Jim Jonsin said to Rap-Up TV that they are yet to record the song because Wayne isn't sure if he wants to keep Pitbull's vocals or not.

all made sense minus the bolded, Rolling stone wrote that Wayne was recording it, and Wayne said that when a song gets too old for him hes like '' nah scrap this shit'' then MAck maine or someone says ''Nigga you tripping, can I have it?'' then it becomes their song.

Wayne's world was obviously recorded, not sure about She Blows MY Brains, but Wayne's World is belle dat.
