I mean I am not 100% sure and Im not gonna argue about if he's sober or not, but personally I think Wayne is still doing drugs just on the low. I've seen pictures where he just looks high as shit, there was a video where he told one if his boys to pour him a cup, and he still always talks about smoking and taking pills
