      That's only if C5 doesn't get pushed back and he starts doing features like it's 2011 again.

                    that's the thing....it's not that I don't think Wayne could do it...it's just his management and the people that plan for the album won't make it happen...

                    It's like Tez master plan was C3 and in C4 he did his last great trick after that he lost it...lol..

                    This album needs to be promoted huge for it to be recognized, they can't just promote it like INAHB2..

                      The Carter is a huge name, probably the biggest in hip-hop right now for albums, they'd be stupid not to promote this album. They'd miss out on so much money.
