When he doesn't enunciate and it sort of sounds like he's got boiled sweets in his mouth or something. Mainly when he's rapping fast. I can't think of a specific song but compare the way he sounds on D6 to NC3. Like Comme des Garcons compared to Big Bad Wolf. A lot of the newer southern american rappers sound that way to me too so it could just be him sounding more like that.

its not a big deal. when you drink soda or consume sugar all the time combined with his lifestyle where brushing your teeth is probly no as prevalent as it should be your molars disinegrate quickly..almost all my molars are filled..all before the age of 27. simply from not brushing enough and consuming sugar on a daily basis. you cant really replace molars once there gone. same with all teeth..once the cavity starts infecting the root and not just the exposed portion of the tooth you have to pull it and you cant really implant a new tooth into the gums. implants/veneers use the original root to hold a fake to on the surface. only way to fix this is with dentures.
