I doubt its for a magazine, lilwayneonline.com usally only uploads photoshoot pictures from albums, the 4 other rebirth photos is tagged as Rebirth Photo 1, 2 etc.. but this one was just tagged as Lil Wayne, so it must be Not Human or maybe the new C4 Photoshoot. C4 recording is done as we know so maybe they did the photoshoot and just released it

Wouldn't mind if it was for C4, the photo is cool as the usual Carter Photos

I doubt it, All the Rebirth pictures had the same theme/clothing/surroundings. It was either in the mansion or on a wall like the Billboard Magazine cover.
