For the most part the lyrics aren't really that much worse it's just his delivery. He had a natural/hungry passion to rap. Now he just obviously doesn't. It's really not that hard to understand. Niggas money hungry now.

and his verse...was consisted of "play that pussy like", "we are not the same", "Weezy F Baby, no Abortion"

He used punchlines, but the delivery of that verse, is amazing. He WANTED to say it, not like...he had to.
