16 Bars Part 1 (assuming we're talking about the same song) isn't a blend, It's the first verse of South Musik off of D2. 16 Bars Part 2 is the second verse and 16 Bars Part 3 is the last verse, its all one song, although it isnt an exclusive.

I'm A D-Boy (Part 2) (ft. Rakim) is a blend of Rakims verse from The Watcher 2 by Jay-Z and I'm A D-Boy by Wayne

Ya Dig (Part 2) (ft. Jeezy) is a blend of Wayne's verse from Go DJ and Jeezy's song Ya Dig

Came Down (ft. Al Flatz) is a blend of Wayne's verse from Bring It Back and Al Flatz song Came Down

Suck It Or Not (Yonny Mix) (ft. Cam'ron) is different then the album version, with a new beat prod. Young Yonny (who also produced Currency by Trina ft. Lil Wayne & Rick Ross) and i'm pretty sure it's official, since Wayne acknowledges it in the interlude 'Introducing Yonny'

If you want a filtered music library then Carter files and Wc 1/2 all sound like a hastle to download. Lil Weezy ana sound pretty easy.
