no. no one of the drought is over mixtapes are official the only mixtapes by Wayne that has Drought in it and is official are: Da Drought, Da Drought 2 & Da Drought 3, NO ONE OF THE THE DROUGHT IS OVER MIXTAPES ARE OFFICIAL, ALL OF THEM ARE UNOFFICAL

When you say "Da Drought", do you mean the official mixtapes or the leaked songs that have been put on an unofficial mixtape?
There are 3 mixtapes in "Da Drought" series.
As for "The Drought is over" series, I have only seen 6 that are from "The Empire" and do not have the same songs on them.
