I'm not sure about Lights Out (wasn't paying attention to album release dates at that time) but everything else after that besides IANAHB was pushed back.

And I read an old article about TBIH that said something like "Lil' Wayne's first solo album will be released October 23rd". I forget the actual date but yeah it was pushed back too.

If LFLS got pushed back then it was like a week, I don't remember a pushback though. I remember the date always being Halloween
